We provide safe, professional removal of pools and ensure the project follows all city requirements and guidelines. Scope of Work: - Obtain all required permits for pool demolition. - Prepare and submit all required site plans and permit documentation. - Coordinate and schedule all required city inspections. - Demo the existing swimming pool, including concrete shell and associated structures as required. - Cap and abandon existing gas and water lines in accordance with applicable codes. - Remove the existing pool shell from the site. - Import approved fill material as needed. - Perform soil compaction testing and provide compaction reports, if required by the city - Rough grade the area upon completion of backfill. - Haul away and legally dispose of all demolition debris and excess materials. - Leave the job site clean and ready for final inspection.
